The conduct required to protect users, third-party services and TubeLeader infrastructure.
Lawful research
Use TubeLeader only for lawful creator research and your own authorized business purposes. Respect privacy, intellectual property, platform terms and applicable laws.
Prohibited access and abuse
Do not bypass authentication, plan limits, rate limits or technical controls; share stolen credentials; probe for vulnerabilities without authorization; or interfere with service availability.
Automation and data use
Do not use unauthorized automation to overload the service, reconstruct restricted datasets, resell access or create a competing bulk-data service.
Harmful conduct
Do not use the service for harassment, stalking, discriminatory profiling, deception, malware, fraud or conclusions that present unverified estimates as facts about a person.
AI and generated output
Review AI-assisted observations before use. Do not submit sensitive personal data or material you lack the right to process, and do not present generated claims as verified evidence.
When generating titles or thumbnails, you must hold the rights to any reference image, brand, likeness or text you supply. Do not generate content that misrepresents what a video actually contains, impersonates a person or organization, infringes copyright or trademark, or breaches the policies of the platform where you publish it. Review generated output before publishing and follow any AI-disclosure rules that apply there.
Enforcement
We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect security or enforce these rules.
