Terms of Service

The agreement that governs your use of the TubeLeader website, account, paid plans and the TubeLeader browser extension.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and TubeLeader (“TubeLeader”, “we”, “us” or “our”) that governs your access to and use of the TubeLeader website at tubeleader.com, your account, our paid plans, our public creator-research features and the TubeLeader browser extension for Google Chrome and other Chromium-based browsers (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service — including by creating an account, installing the extension or purchasing a plan — you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and the other policies referenced here, all of which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Agreement to these Terms

Email: support@tubeleader.com.

These Terms apply to every visitor, registered user and paying customer of the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and “you” refers to both you and that organization. Additional terms may apply to specific features (for example, the Extension Terms of Use); where an additional term conflicts with these Terms for that feature, the additional term controls for that feature.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the Service. To purchase a subscription or any other paid feature, you must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or legal guardian who consents to the purchase and agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You must also be legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction. If any of these conditions is not met, you may not use the Service.

3. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes to the Service, our business or the law. When we make a material change, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the change, stop using the Service and, if you have the extension installed, uninstall it.

4. Description of the Service

TubeLeader provides creator-research workflows built on public YouTube information: rankings, search and discovery tools, a revenue-range calculator, saved research and favorites, and an optional browser extension that displays research information on supported YouTube pages. Depending on your plan and current configuration, features can include channel and video research, top-creator and category rankings, keyword and competitor discovery, a search matrix, and — on supported YouTube pages through the extension — metric badges, channel tabs and panels, outlier and views-per-hour indicators, subscriber and monetization signals, revenue-range and sponsorship estimates, demographic and niche observations, similar-channel discovery and AI-assisted channel analysis. Some outputs are calculations, models, heuristics or AI-assisted observations rather than measured facts. Availability of any feature can depend on YouTube, third-party APIs, quotas, your region, your plan and current configuration, and we may add, change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. Public reports do not claim access to any creator’s private YouTube Studio analytics; they present the same kind of public information anyone could obtain from public pages and public APIs.

5. Accounts and security

Some features require an account, created with an email address and password or through a supported sign-in provider such as Google. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials confidential, and to be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise. You must not share tokens, bypass access controls, or let others use your account in violation of these Terms. Notify us promptly at support@tubeleader.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require email verification and offer additional security features; you are responsible for keeping your contact details current so you can receive security and service messages.

6. Plans, payments, free trial and renewal

Paid directly to TubeLeader. When you pay through PayPal, TubeLeader is the seller and the contracting entity for that purchase. Those providers process the payment on our behalf; they do not become the seller.

Prices, currencies, validity, included features, usage limits and any free-trial or free-usage allowance are shown through the active plan configuration at checkout. Review the checkout summary and the linked billing policies before you pay. Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers (which can include PayPal and administrator-configured card, UPI or cryptocurrency providers); you enter your payment credentials with the selected provider, and we do not receive or store your full card number.

A checkout is complete only after the payment provider confirms payment. Where a plan uses a recurring subscription, it renews automatically at the then-current price for your plan until you cancel, and by starting it you expressly authorize those recurring charges until you cancel. You can cancel as described in our Refund and Payment Policy; cancellation stops future renewals but does not, by itself, reverse a completed charge. If a renewal payment fails, paid access may be paused until payment succeeds. A paid plan may expire or revert to the available free state under the configured plan rules. Applicable taxes, conversion or bank fees can depend on your location and provider, and the final provider summary controls the amount and currency charged.

Free trial and refunds. Because we offer free access — including a free plan and a free trial period — so you can evaluate the Service before paying, subscription charges are generally non-refundable once paid access has begun, and recurring renewal charges are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise or as described in our Refund Policy (for example, a duplicate charge or a confirmed billing error). You are encouraged to use the free trial and free features to confirm the Service fits your needs before purchasing.

7. Our data, intellectual property and your license

The Service — including its software, design, branding, text, and the way public data is collected, organized, modeled and presented — is protected by intellectual-property laws and remains our property or that of our licensors. The underlying public YouTube information is public; our compilation, organization and presentation of it, together with our original content and software, are proprietary to TubeLeader. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own lawful creator-research purposes. You retain rights in material you lawfully submit. You may reference or share our public research output for legitimate purposes provided you do not misrepresent it, remove attributions, or present estimates as verified private facts. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, resell, sublicense, scrape in bulk, or create a competing dataset or service from the Service.

7.1 AI-generated titles and thumbnails

Parts of the Service let you generate content — for example alternative video titles and 16:9 thumbnail images — from a source title, keywords, a written idea or a reference image that you supply. As between you and TubeLeader, we claim no ownership of the titles or images you generate, and you may use them for your own videos and business purposes. Because generative models produce output statistically, we cannot and do not promise that any generated title or image is unique, that similar output will not be produced for another user, or that it is free of third-party rights; generated output is therefore provided without any warranty of originality or non-infringement, and we grant no exclusivity in it.

You are responsible for what you submit and for what you publish. You must hold the necessary rights to any reference image, brand name, likeness or other material you upload or type into a prompt, and you must not use the feature to create content that is misleading about a video's actual contents, that impersonates a person or organization, that infringes copyright or trademark, or that would breach YouTube's own policies. You remain responsible for reviewing generated output before publishing it, including for factual accuracy, and for complying with any disclosure obligations that apply to AI-assisted content on the platform where you publish.

Generation requests are processed by the AI provider configured for the Service, and generated images are stored on our infrastructure or with our cloud storage provider as described in the Privacy Policy. Generated items held in your history and favorites are subject to the retention window shown in the product, after which they are deleted automatically; export anything you wish to keep. Generation allowances are part of your plan, and we may apply fair-use limits, rate limits or model changes as described in Section 4.

8. YouTube API Services and third-party platforms

Parts of the Service use YouTube API Services and public YouTube pages. By using those parts, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and you acknowledge that Google’s handling of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. YouTube and Google are independent third parties; we are not endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with them, and their marks belong to their owners. YouTube can change or restrict its pages, APIs, quotas or policies at any time, which can interrupt or change Service features without notice. Other third-party services (such as payment providers and the configured AI provider) are governed by their own terms.

9. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

You agree to use the Service lawfully and only for your own authorized purposes, consistent with the acceptable-use rules in this section. You must not: (a) bypass authentication, plan limits, rate limits or technical controls; (b) share stolen credentials or access the Service without authorization; (c) use unauthorized automation, botting, crawling or scraping to overload the Service or reconstruct restricted datasets; (d) resell or redistribute access, or build a competing bulk-data service; (e) probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, or interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; (f) use the Service for harassment, stalking, discriminatory profiling, deception, fraud, malware or unlawful purposes; (g) infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; or (h) present unverified estimates as facts about a person. We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement.

10. The browser extension

Subject to these Terms and the Extension Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to install and use the extension for lawful creator research. Install it only from the official Chrome Web Store listing when available; do not redistribute modified or unofficial copies as TubeLeader. The extension requires the permissions disclosed in its Store listing and in the Extension Privacy Policy. Some capabilities require sign-in and an enabled plan entitlement, and usage allowances, refresh timing and feature availability can change through the live plan configuration. Because the extension operates on YouTube pages, changes by YouTube can interrupt its features at any time.

11. Research outputs, estimates and no guarantees

Revenue ranges, outlier and views-per-hour scores, demographic estimates, sponsorship classifications, monetization signals, similarity and demand scores, AI observations and similar outputs are calculations, models or heuristics based on public information and your inputs. They are directional research aids, not verified private facts, financial advice, or guarantees of views, rankings, subscribers, income, monetization approval, sponsorships or commercial results. You are responsible for independently verifying important conclusions and for how you use the outputs. Nothing in the Service is professional legal, financial, tax or investment advice.

12. Feedback

If you send us feedback, ideas or suggestions about the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable license to use them without restriction or compensation, and you confirm you have the right to provide them. This does not give us any rights in your confidential account data beyond what this agreement and our Privacy Policy describe.

13. Third-party links and services

The Service can link to or rely on third-party websites, platforms and providers that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and your dealings with them are solely between you and the third party.

14. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy and, for the extension, the Extension Privacy Policy. By using the Service you acknowledge those policies.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and all data, reports and outputs provided through it are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any data, estimate or result will be accurate, complete, current or reliable. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will TubeLeader, its owners, affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, agents and licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business interruption, arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you, and nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TubeLeader and its owners, affiliates, and their respective officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party right.

18. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, created a security or fraud risk, or failed to pay, or as necessary to protect the Service or others. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account assistance or deletion through support. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and dispute resolution — will survive.

19. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws applicable at the operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except that mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence continue to apply where they cannot be waived. The specific governing jurisdiction and courts are identified in the operator’s legal information published on the website.

20. Dispute resolution, arbitration and class-action waiver

Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at support@tubeleader.com and try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and you and TubeLeader waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective or representative action. This section does not apply where it is prohibited by the mandatory law of your jurisdiction, and it does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or from bringing a matter in a small-claims forum where available. Where arbitration or a class-action waiver is not enforceable for you, disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction, subject to your mandatory local rights.

21. Your representations

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that: the information you provide is accurate and kept current; you meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2; you will keep your credentials secure and will not share your account in violation of these Terms; you will not access the Service through automated means except as expressly permitted; you will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and your use will not violate any applicable law or regulation or infringe the rights of any third party. If any representation you make is or becomes untrue, we may suspend or terminate your access.

22. Service availability, modifications and interruptions

We cannot guarantee that the Service will always be available. We may change, update, suspend, remove or limit features, impose or adjust usage limits, or discontinue the Service or any part of it, at any time and, to the extent permitted by law, without liability to you. The Service can be unavailable during maintenance and updates, or because of factors outside our reasonable control, including third-party outages and changes YouTube makes to its pages, APIs, quotas or policies. Some features may be offered as previews or “beta” and can be changed or withdrawn. If we permanently discontinue a paid feature you have purchased for a current period, our responsibility is limited as described in the Refund Policy and applicable law.

23. Fees, currency and billing authorization

You are responsible for all fees and applicable taxes for your plan. By starting a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method for the plan you chose and, for a recurring subscription, for each renewal at the then-current price until you cancel. The payment provider’s summary controls the currency and amount actually charged, and any currency-conversion or bank fees are set by your provider or bank, not by us. We may change prices for future billing periods; where a change affects a recurring subscription, we will provide notice before it takes effect, and continuing the subscription after the change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

24. International use, sanctions and export

The Service is controlled and operated from the operator’s jurisdiction and may not be appropriate or available in every location. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you access the Service. You represent that you are not located in, and will not use the Service on behalf of anyone located in, a country or region subject to comprehensive government sanctions, and that you are not identified on any applicable restricted-party, denied-party or sanctions list.

25. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where the failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government action, power or internet failures, third-party service outages, or changes imposed by platforms such as YouTube.

26. General

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the policies referenced here, are the entire agreement between you and TubeLeader regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements on the subject. You consent to receive notices and communications from us electronically, and agree that electronic agreements, notices and records satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

27. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@tubeleader.com or through our Contact page. Please include enough non-sensitive account context to locate your record, and never send your password or full payment-card details.
