Refund and Payment Policy

How TubeLeader handles pricing, payment, renewals, cancellation and refunds — in one place.

This Refund and Payment Policy explains how prices, payment processing, renewals, cancellation and refunds work for TubeLeader plans. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. It does not limit any mandatory rights you have under the consumer-protection law of your country.

1. Pricing and currency

The checkout summary and the active plan configuration show the amount, currency, validity period, any offer, and the features and usage limits included in a plan. Applicable taxes and any currency-conversion or bank fees can depend on your location and payment provider; the provider’s final summary controls the currency and amount actually charged. Please review the checkout summary before you pay.

2. Payment and confirmation

Payments are handled by our third-party payment providers, which can include PayPal and administrator-configured card, UPI or cryptocurrency providers. You enter your payment credentials directly with the selected provider; TubeLeader does not receive or store your full card number or bank credentials. Native PayPal access activates only after PayPal confirms the account, plan, amount, currency and completed status; redirect and embedded-code payments are activated after the payment is verified. A failed payment does not activate a plan. Where a plan is a recurring subscription, it renews automatically at the then-current price for your plan until you cancel, and by starting it you authorize those recurring charges until you cancel.

3. Free access before you pay

So you can decide before spending money, TubeLeader offers free access to evaluate the Service — a free plan, a free trial period, and free usage allowances shown in the live plan configuration. You are encouraged to test the website and extension workflows relevant to you during this free access to confirm the Service fits your needs before purchasing.

4. Refunds

Because free access is available before purchase and paid access and its features are delivered immediately once a plan is active, subscription charges are non-refundable once paid access has begun, except in the cases listed below, and recurring renewal charges are non-refundable. This no-refund position applies to renewal charges after your initial purchase period. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Cases we will review. Contact support promptly if you experience a duplicate charge, an amount different from the checkout summary, a confirmed technical billing error, suspected unauthorized use of your payment method, or a material failure to deliver purchased access that support cannot otherwise resolve. To request a review, email support@tubeleader.com with your account email, the transaction reference, the purchase date, the amount, and a short description of the issue — but never your full card details or account password. We may ask for reasonable evidence and will evaluate the transaction, usage and provider records together with applicable law. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and are normally processed within 5–7 business days of approval; how long the amount then takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits a right you have under the consumer-protection law that applies to you, or a right you have against the payment provider that sold you the subscription.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first, where safe and practical, so we can investigate a possible billing error quickly. Filing a fraudulent or abusive chargeback — for a charge you recognize and authorized — can result in account restriction, without limiting your legitimate right to dispute a genuinely unauthorized or erroneous charge.

6. Cancellation

TubeLeader sells one configured plan period at a time. A plan can use a one-time payment method or a recurring monthly PayPal integration; the active checkout is the source of truth for your plan. For a recurring PayPal plan, you can cancel the subscription directly in PayPal, or contact support from your account email with the relevant subscription reference. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not, by itself, reverse a charge that has already been completed, and it does not usually erase paid access already delivered for the current period. When your paid period expires, your account can return to the available free state under the configured plan rules. To avoid being charged for the next period of a recurring plan, cancel before the current period ends.

From your account. A recurring subscription can be cancelled from Billing history in your TubeLeader dashboard while signed in. This stops future renewals and is the quickest route on every payment method.

Bought through PayPal. A one-time plan period does not renew by itself and needs no cancellation. Where the payment method set up a recurring mandate — a UPI autopay mandate, a card standing instruction or a PayPal subscription — that mandate can also be stopped in your bank, UPI or PayPal app.

If you cannot reach any of these, email support@tubeleader.com from your account address with the transaction reference and we will action it.

7. Account deletion

Cancelling a plan and deleting your account are different requests. You can delete your account and associated data from your profile settings, or contact support for assistance. Some transaction, security or legal records may be retained where required by law or to resolve disputes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Email: support@tubeleader.com.

8. Contact

For any billing, payment, cancellation or refund question, contact support@tubeleader.com or use our Contact page. Include enough non-sensitive account and transaction context to locate your record, and never send your password or full payment-card details.
