Cancellation Policy
How to stop future service use and what cancellation does to current plan access.
Plan model
TubeLeader sells one configured plan period at a time. A plan can use a one-time method or a recurring monthly PayPal integration; the active checkout is the source of truth for the selected plan.
How to cancel
Cancellation is self-service and does not require contacting us first.
From your account. A recurring subscription can be cancelled from Billing history in your TubeLeader dashboard while signed in. This stops future renewals and is the quickest route on every payment method.
Bought through PayPal. A one-time plan period does not renew by itself and needs no cancellation. Where the payment method set up a recurring mandate — a UPI autopay mandate, a card standing instruction or a PayPal subscription — that mandate can also be stopped in your bank, UPI or PayPal app.
If you cannot reach any of these, email support@tubeleader.com from your account address with the transaction reference and we will action it.
Access after cancellation
Stopping a future renewal does not normally erase paid access already delivered for the current period. At expiry, the account can return to the available free state under the configured plan rules.
Cancellation versus refund
Cancellation stops future billing where applicable; it does not automatically reverse a completed charge. Refund review follows the Refund Policy and applicable law.
Account deletion
Plan cancellation and account deletion are different requests. Contact support if you also want assistance deleting the account and associated data.
