Payment and Billing Policy
How prices, processors, transaction status and billing support are handled.
Displayed price
The checkout summary and active plan matrix show the configured amount, currency, validity, offer and included features.
Who you are buying from
Which company is the seller on a purchase depends on the payment route used at checkout.
Paid directly to TubeLeader. When you pay through PayPal, TubeLeader is the seller and the contracting entity for that purchase. Those providers process the payment on our behalf; they do not become the seller.
Payment processor
A plan can use an HTTPS redirect, embedded UPI, crypto or card provider code, PayPal method code, or native PayPal integration. Payment credentials are entered with the selected provider.
Payment confirmation
Native PayPal access activates only after TubeLeader verifies the account, plan, amount, currency and completed status with PayPal. Redirect and embedded-code payments require manual administrator verification.
PayPal availability
Native PayPal is unavailable for India. Where enabled for another country, checkout can be one-time or recurring and uses signed webhook verification as a recovery path.
Taxes and currency
Applicable taxes, conversion or bank fees can depend on location and provider. The final processor summary controls the charged currency and amount.
Failed, duplicate or disputed payments
A failed payment does not activate a plan. Contact support promptly for duplicates, mismatched amounts or suspected unauthorized use and include the non-sensitive transaction reference.
