About Spoken Reasons

SPOKEN REASONS has created a massive name for himself as a multi-talented individual. From spoken word, poetry, music and short films, it is no question as to why he is one of today’s biggest entertainers. With nearly over 200M views and 2M YouTube subscribers, 300K followers on Twitter and 1.5 Million Followers on Facebook, he has a loyal following both on and off the web. Growing up in Bradenton, Florida he first discovered his passion for sharing his thoughts on stage by witnessing spoken word poetry online. Bit by the poetry bug, he began developing his own style and following, but it didn’t stop there. Realizing the impact that the internet had on his life, he decided to use it as a tool to spread his thoughts and messages globally by putting that energy into his music and performing for his large college fan base including at some of the top universities to date: Howard University, Penn State University, University of Texas - Austin, Syracuse and many more.

How to read Spoken Reasons's numbers

Average views per video (718,120). This spreads lifetime views across every public upload, so older uploads that have had years to accumulate views are averaged together with recent ones. It is a useful scale check, not a prediction of how the next video will perform.

Views per subscriber (171). A rough measure of how much watch demand each subscriber represents over the channel's lifetime. Channels that reach large non-subscribed audiences — through search, Shorts or recommendations — tend to show a higher figure than channels that rely mainly on their existing subscriber base.

Upload cadence (~2 per month). Averaged across the channel's full history of about 18.3 years, so a channel that changed format or publishing pace along the way will not match this figure in any single recent month.

All figures come from public YouTube channel data and are refreshed on a schedule. They are research signals for comparison and context — they are not private YouTube Studio analytics, and they do not include revenue, watch time or audience retention. Read the full methodology.
